I had a really good experience here. From check-in all the way through the massage, the staff seemed super professional and calm. Everyone was polite, knew what they were doing, and I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. I also felt comfortable asking questions, which makes a big difference, doesn’t it? Overall, I thought it was a really solid visit and I’d definitely go back.

I thought canceling my membership was going to be awkward or a whole process, but it really wasn’t. The staff helped me quickly and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about it. To me, that says a lot about how they treat people, even when you’re leaving.

I’ve been going to Hand & Stone for a few months, the billing has been straightforward overall. My membership charge comes out when I expect it to and it’s the same amount they told me when I signed up. I did have one small mix-up with an add-on charge, but the front desk explained what happened and updated the note on my account. It wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t a big deal either. Overall, I feel like they handle the billing fairly.

They did ask about my skin and made a few adjustments, which I appreciated, but it still felt kind of rushed. Like, I was hoping for something a little more personal the whole way through, not just a quick check-in and then moving on. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it wasn’t amazing either. Just kind of okay, which was a bit disappointing.

My skin looks better after this. She seemed to know what she was doing and helped with that whole skin situation I was dealing with. Happy with it.

I booked a massage at Hand and Stone because I really wanted to unwind, but i left feeling like I didn’t get the relaxing experience I paid for. The room was a little too cold, and the table padding wasn’t very comfortable, so I never fully settled in. I could also hear people talking outside the door, which made it hard to zone out and relax. The staff was friendly, so that wasn’t the issue, but the room just didn’t feel cozy or quiet enough. For the price, I expected more, and I kind of wish I had saved the money or gone somewhere else

The front desk staff at Hand & Stone were really nice as soon as I walked in. They greeted me right away, helped me with my appointment, and didn’t make me feel rushed or awkward at all. some places make you feel like you’re bothering them just by checking in, but this was easy and pleasant from the start. Definitely a good first impression.

I use my credits every month, it does save me money. Sometimes I wish it was a little easier to keep track of everything, but that’s not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it

I went on Hand and Stone after my facial to look at the product recommendations, and it was easy to figure out what matched my skin. The timing was kind of on me because I waited until my skin was already acting up a bit, so I probably should’ve checked sooner.
The suggestions didn’t feel random or like they were trying to sell me every product under the sun, which I appreciated. I ended up getting a cleanser and moisturizer, and both have been working well so far.

Overall, the site was simple, the info was clear, and the recommendations actually made sense. If anything, my only issue was bad timing on my part, but I’d definitely use it again.

I came in really needing a good massage i left feeling so much better than when I walked in. The place was clean, the front desk staff was nice, and my therapist really knew what they were doing. I remember thinking, okay, this is exactly what I needed. They did mention the membership and add-ons a few times, and in my head I was kind of like, alright, I get it. It was a little much, but nobody was pushy or rude about it. I just said no thanks and that was that. Still giving 5 stars because the massage itself was absolutely worth it, and that’s really what I came for
